On your service day, make sure your bins are empty and accessible by 8:00 AM — ideally the same day as trash pickup or the day after. Your outdoor water spigot must be accessible.

We clean and sanitize on-site
Our mobile unit arrives, pressure-washes your bins inside and out, and applies commercial-grade sanitizer. About 5 minutes per bin. No mess left behind.

Done — clean bins back at your curb
You get a text when we're finished. Bins are returned clean, sanitized, and odor-free. Repeats automatically every month.

Everything you need to know before booking.

No. Just leave your bins at the curb before 8:00 AM on your service day and make sure your outdoor water spigot is accessible. You'll receive a text when we're done.
Bins must be empty before we clean them. If your bin has trash inside on your scheduled day, we'll attempt to reschedule once at no charge. If it happens again, the service is marked as completed and charged — so please make sure your bin is emptied after pickup day.
It depends on your plan. The Annual plan is charged in full at booking ($360 for 2 bins). The Monthly plan is charged at booking and then auto-renews each month on the same date. The Quarterly plan is charged at booking and auto-renews every 3 months.
Each service visit involves driving to your address, setting up our equipment, and cleaning. A single bin doesn't cover the cost of the visit. With 2 bins it works for both of us — and most homes have at least a trash bin and a recycling bin.
Yes, after your 3rd completed service. Just contact us at least 48 hours before your next billing date. If you cancel before completing 3 services, the difference between the monthly rate and the one-time rate ($55 for 2 bins) will be charged for services already received.
The annual promo is $30/month for 2 bins — billed as $360 upfront (12 months). Each additional bin: +$5/month (+$60/year). Rate locked for the full year. No refunds once charged. No refunds once charged. After year 1, the plan renews at the standard rate. Only available to the first 100 customers.
